    . My room was huge, thanks to the affable staff. the location is magnificent and very close to the main tourist spots. It is conveniently situated near many restaurants, tourist areas, and the center of Halong city.

    The new, fashioned room was well, maintained and came with a spacious desk and a laptop. the amazing shower was a nice touch. the hotel is housed in a new building in a marvellous location close to restaurants, shops, and popular cafes. It's only a 5, minute drive from Hershey's Chocolate World.

    A nice size and beautifully designed room exactly like in the pictures and good service. Large breakfast with lots of food, SINCERE staff. Location so close to banks and ATMs as well as popular cafes.

    Located in Bai Chay district just off Ha Long Bay with many restaurants, shops, and tourist areas nearby. the double room is just like in the pictures and has all the basic facilities you need. the staff members are exceptionally nice and courteous. the hotel's location is marvelous and they are helpful in giving tips around the area.

    The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. We loved waking up to such a scenic view every morning. The pool area was also great, especially when it wasn't crowded with children. It was a nice place to relax and unwind.

    The hotel lacked attention to detail in some areas. There was renovation drilling early in the morning, which was quite disruptive.
